Our name, Chiselle, combines "chisel" + "elle":

- Chisel: Sculpting and refining your natural beauty by eliminating superficial but bothersome imperfections. We address concerns like unwanted hair, acne, pigmentation, wrinkles, scarring and stubborn fat leaving you with a renewed sense of confidence in your smooth, clear, and youthful appearance.

- Elle: "Elle" means "she" or "female" in French; it emphasizes and celebrates feminine beauty.

Consultation: Our highly skilled and licensed professionals offer COMPLIMENTARY consultations, to have a thorough understanding of your concern and to explain to you the science behind each prescribed treatment. At Chiselle Medspa & Wellness, you are assured of receiving treatment and advice that are specific to your circumstances and needs.

Scheduling: We recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the spa to ensure availability and right timing especially if you’re treating the same area with two different services. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not bought prepaid packages is REQUIRED that goes toward the treatment For laser hair removal, sessions should be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart for face areas and 6-8 weeks apart for body areas.

Arrival: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please note that we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms prior to treatment.

Late Arrivals: Our booking system allocates the correct amount of time to complete your service. In case of late arrival, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as you know that you might be late. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but if this is not possible your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests and charged at full value. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time; however, a cancellation charge of $50 will be incurred. If you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.

Cancellations: We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed or texted before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Refunds: Products are non-refundable, only exchangeable in one week of purchase as long as it still sealed with its original packaging. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.

Gratuities: Gratuity is at your discretion and is not included in any service or package.

Payment: Chiselle Aesthetic & Wellness accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Pre-Laser Care: NO antibiotics two weeks before and after treatment NO sun exposure including tanning beds, spray tans, and tanning lotions two weeks before and after treatment. NO waxing, threading, or tweezing two weeks before treatment. All areas being treated MUST be shaved the night before treatment.

Safety: Your comfort and safety are very important to us. Prior receiving every service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit. We usually offer topical numbing prior to laser tattoo removal and micro needling. Wearing goggles to protect eyes is Mandatory during laser sessions.

Teens: Clients under 18 years old must present written permission from their parent or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
